Victoria currently offers 60 and 90 minute massages. Though trained in Swedish massage, she provides detailed deep tissue work with Ayurvedic and TCM influences based on your unique needs. Add the infrared Biomat to enhance your treatment. Information below. Otherwise, a standard heating mat is used to keep you warm during your treatment.
Victoria also offers an Ayurvedic hot oil lymphatic massage called Abhyanga. Pressure is light to medium, with choreographed sweeping strokes focusing on healthy movement of the lymphatic tissue. An abundance of hot oil is used. There is no on-site shower, so be prepared to towel off and leave annointed in oil.
Pre & Postnatal massage is also offered.

75 Minute Ayurvedic Hot Oil Lymphatic Massage

Receive a 75 minute hot oil massage focusing on healthful movement of the lymphatic tissue. Expect a full body oleating treatment, including an optional abdominal massage, pectoral massage, and oleation in the nose and ears.
This ancient Ayurvedic treatment, known as an Abyhanga, employs a choreographed sequence of sweeping movements to relieve stagnation and rejuvenate the body.
Since there is no shower on the premises, please wear clothing you don't mind getting oily. Victoria will provide you with post-treatment directions.
In Sanskrit, the word for oil is Sneha, which is the same word used for Love.
